A registration fee is due annually at enrollment. Registration fees are non-refundable.

Tuition Policies

  • Tuition is charged per student and calculated by total classes taken in one week.

  • We offer a 5% sibling discount.

  • Tuition is determined based on the total number of classes in the year (August-May) and is broken into 10 even installments. Tuition is not determined by the number of classes in any particular month, as some months will have fewer classes and some months will have more. The month of August is prorated.

  • Your first tuition payment is due August 14 (prorated rate) and Tuition is due at time of registration if registering after August 14.

  • Tuition is due regardless of student absence.

  • Missed classes are non-refundable.

  • Tuition is NOT pro-rated for absences, inclement weather days, holidays, or Recital Picture Week.

  • Tuition will be pro-rated for students that enroll after classes have begun.

  • Tuition can be paid via credit card, debit card or personal check.

    • We encourage payment by credit cards through our online portal.

    • Checks can be made out to Lake City Dance Vibe

    • After 5 days, a $15 late fee will be charged and enforced on all accounts past due. Late notices will be sent via email. Payments 20 days past due will result in lesson suspension. Payments 30 days past due will result in lesson termination and the date and time slot will be released for new students.

Make Up Class Polcies

  • Students are welcome to make up their class during another class time at their same level or below, as long as the class isn’t already at full studio capacity.

  • Simply email us at lakecitydancevibe@gmail.com to let us know that you will be out for your class to schedule a make-up class.

  • Make-ups are not offered for inclement weather days, holidays, or Recital Picture Week.

Withdrawal Policies

Enrollment at Lake City Dance Vibe is for the entire season. However, we understand that extenuating circumstances sometimes necessitate withdrawal during the season.

  • Withdrawal from any class requires a notice before your next billing date, by the 20th of the month.

  • To withdraw from your classes, just submit your request Lakecitydancevibe@gmail.com, any time before the 20th of the current month.

  • Withdrawal requests submitted by the 20th will incur no additional charges for the following month. Students remain on the schedule through the remainder of their billing cycle.

  • Withdrawals will be effective from the first day of the following month and cannot be processed retroactively. Please note that any recital fees paid before the withdrawal request are non-refundable. These fees contribute to recital preparations and cannot be transferred to other programs or individuals.
